  • How often should I change my washer hoses?

    Every 5 years.

  • Do you make after hours service calls?

    Not currently. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

  • Will you put on a part that I have purchased elsewhere? (Online or in store)

    No. Our insurance will not cover parts that are not sold by Harper’s Service Inc. The integrity of parts purchased elsewhere cannot be guaranteed by or hold a warranty with Harper’s Service.

  • What kind of warranty do you offer?

    Our service call fee is guaranteed for 30 days and our parts come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty.

  • Do you have a drop off area for my appliances?

    We currently only offer on site or in home repairs and do not offer a drop off service for your appliances.

  • Do you do commercial repairs?

    We do not offer commercial appliance repairs.
